Contract FPV Drone Assembly to Your Specification

You designed a drone and field-tested it. Now you need to replicate it hundreds and thousands of times — consistently, on schedule, without parameter drift. The KRYLACHI line with 18 workstations assembles up to 33 drones per hour to your reference sample.

01 · When you need this

Typical scenarios

Fund raised capital

Budget for a batch is ready, need a reliable manufacturer with a line and processes.

Unit has the design

Field-proven drone exists, but no production hands. Need a contractor who replicates without shortcuts.

Own shop hit capacity

In-house production cannot keep up with contract volume. Need scaling without quality risk.

Developer seeks partner

Model is ready for series, but serial assembly is not your specialty. Need a manufacturer, not a competitor.

Service scope

KRYLACHI LLC performs contract FPV drone assembly to the client technical specification. We have no own drone models and do not compete with our clients.

How it works

  • Spec breakdown into tech cards. Your specification becomes step-by-step instructions for each workstation.
  • Reference sample. We assemble the first unit and submit for approval. Series starts only after your confirmation.
  • Line assembly. The KRYLACHI production line consists of 18 workstations across 110 m² and assembles up to 33 drones per hour. ESD protection equipped.
  • Labeling. Each unit receives a serial number and enters the batch log.

06 · FAQ

Frequently asked
questions

What is the minimum batch and why?

Pilot batch is 500-1000 units. This is the minimum for the line to reach stable rhythm and for the client to assess quality.

Whose components — yours or ours?

Both models. You supply everything, we procure at Cost+ with no markup, or we combine.

How is our spec protected?

NDA before spec transfer. Workstations are isolated from other projects. We have no own models and do not compete.
